The FIMS Graduate Library has three meeting rooms available for FIMS graduate students to book using the form on the Booking page.
FNB 3020B
- Available only when the library is open
- Seats four people
- Large whiteboard (you can write on the wall!)
- Small collection of reserves available
- Window
FNB 3020D
- Available only when the library is open
- Seats six people
- Large whiteboard (you can write on the wall!)
- Connected to FNB 3020E; can be made larger by removing the room separator.
FNB 3020E
- Available only when the library is open
- Seats eight people
- Small whiteboard (you can write on the wall!)
- Connected to FNB 3020D; can be made larger by removing the room separator.

Notes
- You may book a room for up to two hours per day.
- No food or drink allowed in the meeting rooms.
- Projectors are available for use in all meeting rooms.
- These rooms are not soundproof, and so we don’t recommend using them for confidential meetings.
- If you would like to book a meeting room that can accommodate more than eight people, please book both FNB 3020D & FNB 3020E for the same time and add a note to both of your bookings saying you would like the partition between these rooms removed for your booking.
