Book a Meeting Room
The FIMS Graduate Library has three meeting rooms available for FIMS graduate students. These rooms can be booked online, for single or multi-person use, for up to two hours per day.

To maintain user privacy, there are two logins:
- First login: Use your FIMS username and password
- Second login (after you have selected a room): Use username fims, password library
Notes on Room Bookings
- Projectors are available for use in all meeting rooms.
- These rooms are not soundproof, and so we don’t recommend using them for confidential meetings.
- If you would like to book a meeting room that can accommodate more than eight people, please book both FNB 3020D & FNB 3020E for the same time and add a note to both of your bookings saying you would like the partition between these rooms removed for your booking.
- Meeting rooms are only available when the library is open
